Ingredients:

450 grams potato gnocchi (1 lb)
240 milliliters heavy cream (1 cup)
100 grams gorgonzola cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:

Cook the Gnocchi:

Cook 450 grams of gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:

In a saucepan, heat 240 milliliters of heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
Reduce heat to low and stir in 100 grams of crumbled gorgonzola cheese until melted and smooth.
Season the Sauce:

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine:

Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
Serve:

Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
