Ingredients:

2 Bananas, cut into chunks & frozen
1 cup Cottage Cheese
2 tbs Cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 cups Almond Milk, or your choice
Several Ice cubes, to desired texture
Optional – don’t forget to add the extra calories:

1 tsp Honey – use a very ripe banana & it won’t be necessary – 21 cals
1 tbs/5.4g Cacao Nibs OR 1 tbs/14g Chocolate Chips for garnish – 70 cals
2 tbs ground Flaxseed – 74 cals
