Ingredients
▢1 cup blueberry gel
▢4 cup hung curd
▢32- 40 blueberries
▢2 tsp corn flour

Instructions

▢Soaked blueberries boil with 1/2 water for 10 minutes.
▢Strain the boiled blueberries add corn flour. Warm for a minute. Stir continuously it will become a jelly form. Keep aside.
▢Take hung curd in a bowl add blueberry gel. Mix evenly and make a blueberry shot.
▢Garnish with blueberry gel and dried blueberry.
