Recipe Instructions:
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 medium onion
750 gm chicken
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 medium yellow bell pepper
1 piece red bell pepper
2 teaspoon black pepper
3 teaspoon oregano
4 tablespoon virgin olive oil
salt as required
1 tablespoon yoghurt (curd)
Step 1
To make this delicious kebab recipe, wash capsicum, red and yellow bell pepper and cut them into pieces. Peel garlic cloves and chop them too. Next, chop the onions and chicken into medium size pieces one by one.
Step 2
Now, add dried oregano, paprika powder, greek yogurt, lime juice, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Mix the ingredients well and then add the chicken pieces. Now chill the mixture for an hour.
Step 3
After an hour is over, take out the chicken pieces from the mixture and align them with red and yellow bell pepper, capsicum and onion pieces in alternate order on the skewers. Prefer metal skewers over wooden skewers for aligning them.
Step 4
Grill these skewers over an open griller until they turn slightly brown. The chicken pieces should be thoroughly cooked. Keep turning the skewers to grill the pieces well. Serve immediately and enjoy!
