Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 500g Italian sausage, casings removed
• 2 potatoes, diced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 liter chicken or vegetable stock
• 200ml heavy cream
• 2 cups kale, chopped
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot, sauté until softened.
3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken or vegetable stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and chopped kale. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
