Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 cup chicken broth or white wine
Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
• Season pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried thyme.
• Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork tenderloin on all sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
• Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
• Pour in chicken broth or white wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
• Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare to medium doneness.
• Remove pork tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
• Slice the pork tenderloin and serve hot, drizzled with any pan juices.
