Recipe Instructions:
Ingredients:
2 turkey cutlets: Approximately 400 grams
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup all-purpose flour: 30 grams
1 egg, beaten: Approximately 50 grams
1/2 cup breadcrumbs: 50 grams
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese: 15 grams
2 tablespoons olive oil: 30 grams
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Prepare the Turkey Cutlets:
Season the turkey cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Coat the Cutlets:
Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes:
Dish 1: All-purpose flour
Dish 2: Beaten egg
Dish 3: Breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese
Bread the Cutlets:
Dredge each turkey cutlet in the flour, shaking off any excess.
Dip the floured cutlets into the beaten egg, allowing any excess to drip off.
Coat the cutlets evenly with the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Cook the Cutlets:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the breaded turkey cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:
Remove the turkey cutlets from the skillet and drain on paper towels briefly to remove excess oil.
Serve hot as your OMAD meal, accompanied by lemon wedges for squeezing over the cutlets.
