0.4 kg Pearl barley
0.2 kg Frozen soybeans
0.15 kg Frozen pearl onions
0.2 kg Tomato concassé (peeled, seeded, and chopped tomatoes)
0.15 liters Sunflower oil
0.03 kg Salt
Instructions:
Prepare the Turkey Breast:
Preheat your oven to the recommended temperature for roasting.
Season the turkey breast with ground green pepper and salt, rubbing the seasonings evenly over the surface.
Roast the Turkey Breast:
Place the seasoned turkey breast in a roasting pan and roast it in the preheated oven until it's cooked through and golden brown. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it's cooked to the proper internal temperature.
Prepare the Pearl Barley and Soybeans:
In a large pot, cook the pearl barley according to the package instructions until tender.
In another pot, cook the frozen soybeans until they are heated through and tender.
Prepare the Tomato Sauce:
In a saucepan, heat the sunflower oil over medium heat.
Add the frozen pearl onions and cook until they are softened and translucent.
Stir in the tomato concassé and simmer the sauce for a few minutes until it's slightly thickened. Season with salt to taste.
Assemble and Serve:
Slice the roasted turkey breast into thin slices.
Serve the sliced turkey breast alongside the cooked pearl barley and soybeans.
Spoon the tomato sauce over the turkey and grains.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
