Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 200g rice noodles or egg noodles
• 200g shrimp or chicken, cooked and sliced
• 100g bean sprouts
• 2 tbsp Laksa paste
• 400ml coconut milk
• 500ml chicken or seafood stock
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp ginger, minced
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 lime, cut into wedges
• Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pot, heat the garlic and ginger over medium heat until fragrant.
3. Add the Laksa paste and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add the stock and coconut milk and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Add the cooked shrimp or chicken and bean sprouts, and heat through.
6. Stir in the fish sauce.
7. Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls and ladle the soup over the noodles.
8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
