Recipe Instructions:

ingredients:
• 2 chicken breasts or 1 block tofu, cubed
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 2 tablespoons ground almonds
• 2 teaspoons ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Basmati rice and naan bread for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger, and cook until softened.
2. Add ground coriander, cumin, turmeric, and chili powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add chicken or tofu cubes and cook until browned.
4. Stir in plain yogurt, coconut milk, and groundjavascript:void(0) almonds. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with basmati rice and naan bread.
