Recipe Instructions:

351. Tajine Tunisien
Ingredients:
• 6 eggs
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 bell pepper, diced
• 1 tomato, diced
• 1/2 cup grated cheese (such as Gruyere or Cheddar)
• 100g cooked meat or seafood (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Olive oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add chopped onion and diced bell pepper. Cook until softened.
4. Add diced tomato and cooked meat or seafood (if using). Cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. In a bowl, beat eggs with salt and pepper.
6. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Spread the cooked vegetables and meat or seafood evenly on the bottom.
7. Pour beaten eggs over the mixture in the baking dish.
8. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until eggs are set and cheese is melted and golden.
10. Serve hot, cut into wedges.
