• 500g beef stew meat, thinly sliced
• 200g noodles (such as egg noodles or spaghetti)
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 liter beef broth

• 1 tbsp Creole seasoning (adjust to taste)

Instructions:
1. Heat some cooking oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
