Ingredients
100ml full-fat milk
2 tbsp natural yogurt
1 banana
150g frozen fruits of the forest
50g blueberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp goji berries
1 tsp mixed seeds
1 tsp honey (ideally Manuka)

Method
STEP 1
Put the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

I'm sure it's lovely but 52g of sugar per serving?! That's more than twice the recommended daily amount!

Makes no difference whether its naturally occurring sugar or added! A healthy adult male body can only process 90g of sugar per day. Adult females even less. As a person at risk from diabetes I know that the worst fruits for sugar are : 1)grapes, 2)melon, 3)mango and 4) yellow bananas. (In that…
