0.006 kg Kotanyi roasted chicken seasoning
1.9 kg Grilled potato skins
0.002 kg Ground rosemary for potatoes
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Thigh Steaks:
Season the chicken thigh steaks with salt, ground white pepper, and Kotanyi roasted chicken seasoning.
Prepare the Vegetables:
Slice the red onions into rings.
Clean the oyster mushrooms and slice them if they're large.
Grill the Chicken and Vegetables:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken thigh steaks until they're cooked through and have grill marks on both sides.
While the chicken is grilling, grill the red onions and oyster mushrooms until they're tender and lightly charred.
