Ingredients
1/2 pineapple peeled and chopped
a big handful of parsley
1 cup of coconut water
1 tbsp liquid chlorophyll or 2 tsp powder
Instructions
Combine the pineapple, parsley, and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass jar. Discard the solids.
Add in chlorophyll, close jar with a tight lid and shake well to combine.
Enjoy in the morning on an empty stomach for an instant energy and stamina boost.
