1.5 kg Roast pork
0.025 kg Salt
0.004 kg Ground white pepper
0.004 kg Ground cloves
0.03 kg Sugar
1.2 kg Gherkin pickles
0.08 kg Horseradish cream (preferably Efko brand)
0.4 kg Cottage cheese (semi-fat)
0.006 kg Tzatziki seasoning (Kotanyi brand or similar)
0.002 kg Dried chives
0.006 kg Lemon fiber
Instructions:
Prepare the Roast Pork:
Preheat your oven to the recommended temperature for roasting pork.
Season the roast pork with salt, ground white pepper, ground cloves, and sugar. Rub the seasoning evenly over the surface of the pork.
Place the seasoned pork in a roasting pan and roast it in the preheated oven until it reaches the desired level of doneness. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it's cooked through.
Prepare the Pickles:
Rinse the gherkin pickles under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Slice the pickles into thin rounds or spears, according to your preference. Arrange them on a serving platter.
Prepare the Horseradish Cream:
In a bowl, combine the horseradish cream with the tzatziki seasoning. Mix well to incorporate the flavors.
Adjust the seasoning to taste, if necessary. Set aside.
Prepare the Cottage Cheese Spread:
In another bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the dried chives and lemon fiber. Stir until well combined and smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Assemble and Serve:
Once the roast pork is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Slice the roast pork into thin slices and arrange them on a serving platter alongside the pickles.
Serve the horseradish cream and cottage cheese spread in separate bowls as accompaniments.
