1 kg Iceberg lettuce, shredded
0.7 kg Cooked red beets, diced
0.6 kg Frozen Czech carrots, thawed
1 kg Oranges, peeled and segmented
0.2 kg Lime juice
0.02 kg Salt
0.001 kg Ground white pepper
0.08 kg Date syrup (or substitute honey or maple syrup)
0.2 kg Sunflower oil
0.002 kg Dried mint
Instructions:
Prepare the Salad Ingredients:
Shred the iceberg lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl.
Dice the cooked red beets and add them to the bowl.
Thaw the frozen Czech carrots and add them to the salad.
Peel the oranges and separate them into segments, then add them to the salad bowl.
Make the Citrus Lime Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, ground white pepper, and date syrup until well combined.
