Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
200g Korean jjajang noodles (or substitute with udon noodles)
200g pork belly, thinly sliced (or substitute with ground pork)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 zucchini, diced
1 potato, diced
1/2 cup black bean paste (jjajang)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook Korean jjajang noodles (or udon noodles) according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
3. Stir-fry pork belly (or ground pork) until browned.
4. Add chopped onion, diced zucchini, and diced potato. Cook until vegetables are softened.
5. Stir in black bean paste (jjajang) and sugar, mixing well with the meat and vegetables.
6. Pour in water and bring to a simmer. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot jjajang sauce over cooked noodles.
