1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds1 tablespoon flax oil1 tablespoon goji powder1/2 teaspoon probiotic powder (see notes)Pinch of Celtic sea salt (see notes)

Instructions
Throw all of the ingredients into your blender (including any boosters) and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
