Ingredients:

1 sheet (250 g) puff pastry, thawed
240 ml (1 cup) filling (cheese, potato, spinach, or vegetables)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares or triangles.
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each piece of pastry.
Fold pastry over the filling to form a triangle or rectangle and seal the edges with a fork.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
