200g tortillas (e.g., 4-5 small tortillas or 2 large tortillas)

Instructions:
Cook the Chicken:
Heat the vegetable oil (30g) in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the thinly sliced chicken breast (500g) and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Vegetables:
Add the sliced bell pepper (150g) and onion (150g) to the skillet with the chicken.
Sprinkle the Tex-Mex seasoning (16g) over the mixture.
Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp and slightly charred, about 3-4 minutes.
Warm Tortillas:
Warm the tortillas (200g) in a separate skillet over medium heat or in the microwave. Wrap them in a clean kitchen towel to keep warm.
