                                        Ingredients:
500 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
60 ml (1/4 cup) soy sauce
25 g (2 tablespoons) sugar
30 ml (2 tablespoons) sesame oil
2 cloves garlic (about 6 g), minced
15 g (1 tablespoon) grated ginger
1 pear (about 150 g), grated (optional)
30 g (1/4 cup) green onions, chopped
15 g (1 tablespoon) sesame seeds
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and grated pear (if using).
Add sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over high heat. Add beef and cook until browned and cooked through.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve with rice and kimchi.
