                                        Ingredients:
•	1 lb pork shoulder or pork stew meat, diced
•	2 cups sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
•	1 onion, finely chopped
•	2 cloves garlic, minced
•	1 tablespoon sweet paprika
•	1 tablespoon tomato paste
•	1 cup sour cream
•	Salt and pepper, to taste
•	Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
•	Cooked dumplings or bread, for serving
Instructions:
•	In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown diced pork shoulder over medium-high heat until golden brown. Remove from pot and set aside.
•	In the same pot, add chopped onion. Sauté until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
•	Stir in drained and rinsed sauerkraut, sweet paprika, and tomato paste. Cook for a few minutes to combine flavors.
•	Return browned pork to the pot. Add enough water to cover the mixture. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until pork is tender.
•	Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer gently for a few more minutes.
•	Serve Segedínsky Guláš hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley. Serve with dumplings or bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
