                                        Ingredients:
•	Pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
•	1/2 cup tomato sauce (passata or crushed tomatoes)
•	1 ball fresh mozzarella, sliced
•	Fresh basil leaves
•	Extra virgin olive oil
•	Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
•	Preheat your oven to the highest temperature possible (typically around 500°F or 260°C).
•	Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a circle or rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
•	Place the rolled-out dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
•	Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
•	Arrange slices of fresh mozzarella on top of the sauce.
•	Tear fresh basil leaves and scatter them over the pizza.
•	Drizzle lightly with extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
•	Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
•	Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot. Optionally, garnish with more fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
