                                        Ingredients:
o	2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
o	1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
o	1/4 cup cold water (more if needed)
o	1/4 teaspoon salt
o	1 lb ground beef
o	1 onion, finely chopped
o	2 cloves garlic, minced
o	1 carrot, grated
o	1/4 cup beef broth
o	1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
o	1 tablespoon tomato paste
o	1 tablespoon flour
o	Salt and pepper, to taste
o	1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions:
o	In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add cold butter and rub into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
o	Gradually add cold water, mixing until the dough comes together. Knead lightly, then wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
o	In a skillet, cook onions and garlic until softened. Add ground beef, cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
o	Stir in grated carrot, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and flour. Simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool.
o	Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out pastry on a floured surface. Cut circles to fit pie tins or muffin trays.
o	Place pastry in tins, fill with meat mixture, and cover with another pastry circle. Seal edges and brush with beaten egg.
o	Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
